First of all there was CV shortlisting followed by Case Study Submission and then we had Technical Interview, followed by HR interview. The technical interview was grilling, based on your CV. The HR interview was very easy.

I was looking for a IT related job (java developer), and I saw a job post. So I sent them my resume. Within an hour I got a call from them telling me more about the position. I accepted thier terms and attended the interview. i did pretty well and landed the job!
