interview was conducted by the owner themself at their west location. their communication was a little lacking, but that’s to be expected with a small business! owner is very understanding of individuals situations and wants the best for their employees.

The interview process at Zen is very simple. Apply on the website, or on Indeed.com and in a couple days a manager or the owner will reach out to you. The interviews normally last 20 minutes and it is a one on one meeting in which you discuss relevant experience and your availability.
