Interview
Started off by asking me to introduce myself and then the questions below were addressed. I was looking for a SEN TA role, thus it is was focused on the roles within the classroom as a TA,

1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Why are you interested in this position/school? 3. How would you support a child with autism? 4. What would you do if a student is refusing to or not engaging in work? 5. Safeguarding 6. How do you manage challenging behaviour in the classroom? 7. Do you have any questions for us?
Organized and well structured. The interviewer was friendly and gave the appropriate amount of time to give a well-thought-out answer. Moving onto round 2 soon. All in all, the process has been very well structured.
