Basic initial phone screening ---> 15 min. phone call with the VP of Sales ---> 2 and half hour on-site interview - Overall interview process was quick and agile - There was a huge negative, however. Two days after my on-site interview, I got notified by a no-reply email that they were not moving forward with me. I found that very unprofessional and lacking decency after so much time invested in them.
