I had about 3 interviews 1 with HR and 2 with the Product lead, one of which was a product demo.I was asked for my references and my references had given a feedback. I didnt hear from this company for 2 weeks, I sent a mail to follow up on the recruitment and I was told the PM that was going to resign withdrew their resignation . If I didnt ask for a feedback I probably wouldnt have gotten one . From my experience I would say the company has poor feedback processes in place and the structure of the organization isnt clear
