Lindsey, the in house recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a phone screening. During our phone call, she provided a clear and concise description of the position being offered. I had the best first impression of Zen through her. I interviewed on site after the phone screening and had a second final interview on site a week later. While the interview questions were challenging, I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. The interviews felt more like casual conversation and made me want to work for the company even more.
