Sat down with my interviewer found out we participated in common sports, we got talking about my background, basically made a new friend in 10min. Everyone here always gives a positive vibe to feed off of and motivate each other.

Contacted by HR to setup a meeting via email, interview was arranged for the following week. Brief 1 on 1 interview with manager, informal and relaxed setting. Little information disclosed about the position. Arrived for the interview and was kept waiting for 20 minutes after agreed time. interview lasted 15-20 minutes.
