I had to go through 3 stages because I applied for a customer service role and the interview was very interactive and seamless it was very easy maybe due to the interviewer.

It was a 3 part interview process that lasted for about two days.
The first two were with an interview panel at the bank's HQ. The last stage was with top executive management.

You start by applying online and then wait to be called for an interview.
Interview requires writing a computer time based test for IQ,fast thinking,genera knowledge and some calculation.
Then documentation to verbal interview if shortlisted from the computer based test.
Then proceed to orientation.
