Interview started with a team exercise, then the actual interview with two developers, then a technical assessment. The technical assessment was made up of some code-related questions and some logic-based questions.

Interview
The interview was a 4 stage process:
1) Initial recruiter (external) call to discuss the role and gauge fit.
2) 30-45 minute call with the hiring manager to talk through previous experience, some basic OOP questions and motivation for seeking out a new role.
3) A take home tech test to complete on the weekend.
4) On site solution review and a pair programming exercise to introduce a new requirement to the solution.

Pretty standard c# and OOP questions in the 2nd stage (difference between and Abstract class and an Interface etc).
The tech test is an adaptation of a well know code kata and takes about 2-3 hours to complete.
