First of all when started the job hunting, i given two interviews one zensar and one other big service organisation. I got offer from both. But selected zensar. Reason being the zensar ticked few more check boxes one salary compensation and other benifits like group medical insurance. Now comming to interview process: it was lengthy 2 hours of technical interview. After that I was given offer(it took little delay like 15 days, but yes got it finally).
