      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Zenuity in Aug 2018

      Interview

In brief: "I think this company is a young company and they still are suffering from improfessional and quasi-chaotic hiring system". Bad recruiters with lack of transparency and good communication. They are not smart enough to hire smart ones, and so will suffer from not growing in future I believe.... I spend a good "TEN DAYs" of energy to do an assigned short-project in Multisensory tracking, analyzing the results and documenting it in 10 pages so carefully and as neat as possible. In a hope that they might appreciate my quality, but they absolutely did not care... I have never understood what they really want... At the 2nd round they asked me to do another test, and so another test, and later another test.... Later they just called me back after two month, asking to do another frustrating Skype Screen-shared live test in C++ 14 which was so complicated for me and I was so stressed-out. The team leader simply said they just want to place me somewhere and I should not take it hard... But the leader was just simply playing me. One day do this, another day do that... and that took me around five months. Eventually they even had never sent me a single notification email. I am really annoyed by these people, treated me and one of friends so badly! After couple of months when I called, they simply said, Oh! sorry there must have been a missing email somewhere ! Well, I promise we are not the only ones... But I guess at last they learn how to treat people. About the job advert: The job advert also has a foggy picture of the role. No specific development platform was mentioned. Later it turns out that they want a person who is expert in C++ 14 or sth, later someone with expereinces in Deep-Learning was required, another day sth else.... ! They simply wasted my time folks !
