The interview process was quick, only 1 interview, questions regarding Java and a coding task plus right unit tests for that TDD. After that there is a discussion on why did you implemented that way, so it's good to talk it over even when you're coding it.

Interview
Zoom call followed by a technical task. Not too hard and I got the job offer but I got the sense the hiring manager wasn't to be trusted regarding shift patterns. He kept a lot of the intricacies of these to himself until I specifically asked.
He then refused to put shift patterns into writing when I asked for it in the contract.
