Two interview before candidate is finalized. There technical lead takes the interview. After confirmation HR negotiates through emails about salary or some times by person. Its standard procedure nothing out of he ordinary.

Process is slow and ridiculous, unprofessional people. Most of the time the interviewer does not know about the technology he is going to interview for and questions asked in the interview are irrelevant and taken from google interview question.
