Psychometric tests followed by face to face interviews. Face 2 face interviews has got 2 stages. The first one being role play followed by one on one interviews. If you pass you get the job offer from there.

Six psychometric tests which included verbal reasoning and arithmetic accuracy etc . You have to make sure that you practice your mental state to be able to calculate real fast as time management is very key
