Interview
After submitting the application, the HR team calls for an interview. They give option for virtual or in-person interview. I visit the company office in downtown Vancouver. I met the CEO and another employee. The team looks very friendly with good attitude. They invited me for two rounds of interview, and I didn't a single technical or behavioral question from them.

Question 1
There was no technical question. Mostly, they asked about my background and education. There was no behavioral questions.
Very awkward and unprofessional. Weirdest interview I’ve ever been on. Waste of time, so many red flags. I knew almost immediately that I did not want the position but continued for interview practice. Felt like walking into a time machine in terms of office environment. Nobody wore masks during phase 1 of restart plan. They alternated between talking about the company to asking standard canned questions that no modern employer asks anymore like “what’s your biggest weakness.”. Had to speak to four different people, all while President was trying to put scare tactics in. Couldn’t wait to leave the interview fast enough.
