I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zion Partners (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
First a phone call that was very friendly, informative, and got me excited. I was then brought in for an interview and the transparency and blunt honesty of the executive I met, made me honestly want to work here. I came back for one more fuller interview and met with more people and made my decision on the spot.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zion Partners (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview process consisted of a recruiter cold-calling me about my resume without a specific job in mind that I might be a match for. I felt the questions were designed to get what information they could out of me for their own benefit, not mine. He scheduled me for an in-person interview in downtown L.A. and emailed me directions and parking instructions. The instructions mentioned that I would have to pay $12.00 for parking (that they do not validate), and their office at the end of the hall is not marked with a company logo because they don't like solicitors. Um, yeah...okay.
