Zip Co Risk Manager interview questions

The interview has 3 rounds. 1st) candidate's background discussion, meeting the hiring manager and a team member; 2nd): the candidate raises an initiative on a case study about one of their product, meeting hiring manager and his manager. This is not a skill discussion interview. The initiative for the case study is expected to be executable and aligned with their current risk practices although the information provided is limited since it is confidential. The candidate is better to have similar understanding of their product and data characteristics to provide common risk data practices as initiatives. Avoid risk practices specialised by the product characteristics which are debatable based on experiences. 3rd) company values and leadership meeting. The managers are looking for the answers for work environment exceptions that match their experience and background in a structured environment. Avoid extreme cases in an unstructured environment.
