Interview scheduling was quite smooth. All the interviewers were also well behaved and helpful. I had 2 rounds of technical discussion, nailed both. I finished my questions so fast that interviewer was looking for other things to ask. Was quite sure i would get placed, only CTO and CEO round was left. They asked me for recommendations from previous employers, they said great things about me too. CTO round was first, he asked questions for just 10 mins about future goals and left. Next was CEO, he spoke for 20-30 mins, we had a good discussion and left. Next day i got rejected. No idea why.
