Zips Car Wash interview questions

I was reached out by a recruiter and from there had initial phone screening. After 2 initial onsite interviews locally in Dallas Texas. Both I thought went really well and seemed very promising. They were asking for a lot of certain skill sets which I have experience in. However, after 2 weeks of interviews got the rejection email. My issue was both of the people I was interviewing lacked actual digital marketing experience and yet was looking for someone to really take the role off their plates. This role has been opened for them since May and still they haven't found anyone, clearly their is a disconnect from internal vs external. Not sure what exactly they are looking for in a candidate
