      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zivelo (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2016

      Interview

The first part to the interview was over the phone and presented some challenges, however it went very well with some very informative background questions. The second part of the interview was a face to face meeting with the Operations Officer and was a fantastic experience. The interview consisted of questions that will force you to have a detailed and real life conversation about ones TRUE job experience. Out of respect for this individuals process I wont be giving examples of these questions. What I can say is to be honest in your answers and this will be a pleasent experience as well. Where I extend a word of caution is in what may happen NEXT! This company has some MAJOR ethics issues! I was given an offer letter with agreed upon saleries and expectations. The letter was signed and returned to Zivelo and a resignation submited to my current employer! The CEO waited a week before instructing the department head and HR to rescind the offer. No explanation as to why. Just a thank you for your time. If they are willing to allow perspective employees to endanger their financial wellbeing like this they will surely not hesitate to treat their people with such reckless abandon. I highly recommend reading ALL of the reviews and comments about this company before attempting to apply here. The CEO is clearly posting comments on the reviews and will certainly give you some insight into the disaster you may be getting into. Heeding the warnings would have saved me a tremendous amout of headaches! Good luck.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zivelo (Scottsdale, AZ) in Oct 2014

      Interview

Three step process. Phone screening interview, followed by in person interview with the department head and or staff, followed by in person interview with department head and CEO. There weren't a whole lot of superficial questions. Mostly it revolved around past experience and yourself. The conference room is only enclosed on three sides, so it feel a little more open and relaxed, but don't let yourself be fooled. You are being judged on many different levels.

      Question 1

If you were held up by three pillars, what would you say they were.
