Zix interview questions

First a phone interview with a recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. Then an interview with the hiring manager for about an hour in the office. It was a quick turn around from the phone screen to going in and meeting with the hiring manager.

They ask one question about an employee one is salaried and one is hourly. The two interviewing were already predetermined in how they wanted you to answer so no room to expand or think out of the box
