Was very relaxed, had the interview with a manager. The manager was rather over the top and intense. Basically soft launching how terrible the job was going to be being BOH.

Interview
Firstly you hand out the Curriculum in the restaurant and wait for the call. Then a personal interview scheduled in the restaurant. After passing possitively the interview, finally, you will face an unpaid 2-4 hours trial. when you finish the trial, that same moment you will be informed if you passed the process and when you will start.
