Extremely friendly and professional. Two part interview covering every scope of my skill set and what I expected the role of assistant manager would entail. Took place within the restaurant which had a relaxed atmosphere

Interview
Simple interview process - I was approached by the talent team. Met with GM, Operations Manager and then be offered the job. The process was pretty easy and not many questions were asked. I feel that the interview process is more to judge character rather than anything else.
