Interview
When I first applied, it was for an entry-level position. I came in prepared to talk about that role and how I could contribute in a supportive capacity. But during the interview, something unexpected—and incredible—happened. Dr. Kong, the CEO, sat down with me personally. Our conversation quickly moved beyond the usual questions. She asked thoughtful, insightful things about my background, goals, and how I approach challenges. She really listened. As we talked, it became clear that she wasn’t just looking at my résumé—she was seeing me, the person behind it. By the end of the interview, she told me she saw potential for something more. She offered me a higher-level position than I originally applied for, with more responsibility—and a higher salary to match. I was stunned, grateful, and honestly inspired. It’s not every day someone sees something in you that you didn’t even fully see in yourself. That moment was a turning point in my career. It showed me that this is a place that values potential, rewards drive, and believes in giving people a real shot to grow. I’ll never forget how empowering that experience was—and I work every day to live up to the confidence she placed in me.

Interview
I interviewed for this position twice the first one was very easy and the lady was extremely sweet then I got called a week later thinking I got the position but it was just a call for a phone interview. The phone interview was very uncomfortable because I felt very nervous and I basically had to repeat the same information I said on the first interview. I felt like I basically had to beg for the position cause I was put on the spot several times about not ever being a biller when my resume said I wasn’t and I said I wasn’t on the first interview so it was basically a waste of my time when I could’ve been interviewing with another company who actually looked at my resume and qualifications before contacting me.

Interview
Okay so I had my first interview for a billing specialist. Mind you I recently took my certification test but missed the passing point by 10 points. But I was told that some places will work with you until you pass . Okay I have never in my life have had an interview we’re I felt so belittled. First I was sent to one building then told to come to another . When I arrive they were acting like they didn’t remember I had a interview. So they gave me another application I’m like why do I have to do another if you already have my app. So boom the COO conducted my interview he pretty much didn’t know I had an interview which was crazy so he precedes to ask question about my work history he keep questioning my resume asking why I only have this amount of experience here and there I explained in school I was taught your resume shouldn’t exceed 2 pages okay so he then he asked about my cert I explained that I would be retaking my test soon . Mind you he had a stank look on his face the whole time so I explained that I worked for a small doctor office where I only would do like 50 to 60 claims a day he’s was oh no your gonna have to do 100 claims her and if anybody falls behind there will be repercussions. I like I understand that. So he asked where I went to school and what classes did I take before I could get my answer out he look at my resume turned his nose up and said oh you went to miller motte talking bout yea their program is okay they don’t teach enough . At that point I just wanted to walk out it’s like first you down play my resume my experience and then you down play where I choose to receive my education. It hurt my feelings so bad tears went to falling before I even left out the building . I just couldn’t believe how I was treated when all I wanted was a better employment opportunity.
