The selection process was relatively simple and accessible, which made the experience pleasant and easy to understand. The initial communication was clear, and the interview stages were well-structured, ensuring that each phase had its purpose. However, I felt that the response time after the interviews was excessively long. This caused some anxiety and uncertainty about the status of the application. It would be helpful if the time between each stage were reduced or, at least, if candidates received more frequent updates on the progress of the process. Overall, the process was efficient, but this specific aspect of delayed responses leaves room for improvement.

I went through 3-4 rounds for a backend developer role. The first two were focused on technical skills, but the interviewer asked random questions that lacked context or real-world examples. It felt like something out of an old textbook, which really sucked because it didn’t showcase a candidate’s true potential.
