Very well thought out, with an HR rep walking me through the whole process. Initial fit, technical, culture and offer steps. All interviews well planned, within time bounds and to the point. Moreover there was no long technical test, just technical question and answer while designing a theoretical system. They were more interested if I was a cultural fit over my technical skills which felt very progressive. No waiting for days if you passed the next phase, as feedback was almost immediate.

Over everything, most of the interviews were spent trying to determine if I was a strong cultural fit or not, talking about the industry, the market and how driven I was towards making a dent to climate change. Such a refreshing change of pace to other companies trying to determine your technical competence over cultural fit.
Phone screening with recruiter followed by a technical interview with a tech lead and another senior developer then general interview with product owner, tech lead and CTO. Each step took ~2 weeks.
