phone interview -- technical knowledge questions such as Object-Oriented design, interface, inheritance, version control tool, etc . and work experience
onsite interview -- coding , algorithm that use collection , Hashmap etc.
and database design and query, ex, find last year sale per month.
manager interview--behavior questions.

Interview
phone screening, phone interview and in person, they do not pay for the onsite visit. After the interview, next process is very slow, they take really long time.The person I used to talk left the job and it took 3 months for them to assign somebody to talk with me.
