My first interview was with the senior recruiter to learn more about me and my suitability for the role. My second interview was with the manager recruiting for the role. This interview we went into more details to learn about my experiences and me as an individual . My third interview was with a different manager. This interview was different where roles were reversed. I was the one asking the questions. I had the opportunities to ask questions in my previous interview too, but this was a different format. It was a great way to learn more about the company and have a conversation with another member of the team and hear about their experiences of working at the company. The recruitment team were really supportive through the whole process which definitely helps in preparing and easing the nerves.
