This is the crazy thing. I never had an interview. I didn't receive any confirmation that I applied. No communication about anything. Until today, I get a email thanking me for my interview, but unfortunately I'm not the right fit. Huh? Wait what? I didn't get the chance to interview with anyone. So to me that is a standard email and says alot...I have great experience and well capable of performing the job.
