The whole process took around 2 weeks. The inital interview with HR was really encouraging and he really tailored his advice to me and my experience. I applied through a refferal who sadly ghosted me after realising he wouldn't be able to get a bonus if I were to be hired (on a technicallity). For a company who seems to pride itself on culture this was really disapointing and incredibly off-putting. Initial two interviews were positive, the questions were quite general but they seemed very open and friendly. When getting to the role play stage it was incredibly intense and very hard to gague what they actually would like to see from you. Unfortunately this is where I fell down and I did not proceed to the next stage. They give good feedback even with a rejection call which is useful for the future.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
