First step was a 15 minute phone screen, second step was a 1 hr interview with the supervisor, third step was a 1 hr interview with two team members, and more interview steps were indicated while speaking with the supervisor. The process was unnecessarily lengthy and overly-complicated, and I found it very strange that I was given no feedback despite good interviews. I also had to wait a long time for the decision.
