Did four rounds of interview including a live design challenge with the last being a take-home challenge. Was ghosted by the lead designer, the design manager, and both recruiters I worked with after I submitted my design challenge. I tried reaching out twice, but no one would respond. Got the generic ATS rejection email a month later. Absolutely shocking and unprofessional coming from such a well-known company. It became obvious that they had planned all along to hire internally and had me jumping through hoops just to meet their outside interview quota.
