It was a four part interview process. One on the phone with HR, two separate ones with managers and the final with the President. The one on the phone was and two managers went very professional, personable and knowledgeable. They all went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, and made me believe that this would be a great place to work.
...and then the interview with the President....
The president is out of touch, and is stuck in the 90s when he was still relevant. During my 45min "interview", not one question was asked about the job and a giant display of ego. I was judged on what I watched on TV or read.
Also as a side. I was called sameday at 10am to meet with the President at 1pm, half an hour later, was asked if I could come earlier, I agreed I showed up 15min early as you should. Then after waiting 45min, 1pm rolled around, I was approached by one of the people I interviewed with previously and told that he was unable to meet with me after all, he'll reschedule.
