Zufall Health Center interview questions

Interview process was very straight forward. However, the person that interviewed me was unorganized and all over the place. They kept insisting I accept offer in-person when I repeatedly asked to have the offer letter sent via email for me to review. Once I got the letter via email, not 24 hours had passed before HR was blowing up my phone, also insisting to give them my decision on the phone. I kindly, but firmly informed them that I needed to review the offer. In the end, I declined, the insisting from management and unprofessionalism showed deterred me away. Also, they pay was not worth the amount of work they expected one to do.
