Interview
It was just like any normal video interview. I got an email a few weeks after applying, the email had a link to the video interview with a 5-day deadline. The interview was completely competency based questions so it was quite monotonous. Overall the communication from the company was okay even though the interview process wasn't enjoyful

La primera ronda es una entrevista de comportamiento. Te harán preguntas generales sobre tu ética laboral, tu actitud hacia el trabajo en la oficina, etc. No se aceptan preguntas técnicas, solo personales. Al final, repasarán algunos detalles, como el motivo de la contratación.
