Terrible process - second interviewer said HR should be getting back pretty soon after the second interview (it could mean either the round is successful or not), but was ghosted after. Interviewer was not true to her words and HR was desperate (constantly calling and messaging) while trying to get me to interview, and ghosted after the second round which was not successful.

Fairly easy for the role but a bit lengthy and time consuming. Multiple round of interviews.. good training and exposure afterwards. Not so technical. Focus on attitude and personality. Good if you have insurance background though but not really necessary.
