Zurich Insurance interview questions in London

Normal competency based interview, nothing specific to the role, just checking that you can analyse a text and play around with numbers. Try not to think too much about character questions or else you will take hours completing tasks.

The first stage of the process was an online assessment, and the second stage was a job simulation with a few video interview questions. The final stage consisted of a strengths-based interview that lasted an hour. It was a mix of motivational questions and scenario based question (i.e. what would you do in this situation?) This was conducted by two employees. Afterwards, there was a technical-based interview that lasted an hour and was conducted by two different interviewers. This consisted of simple probability, data interpretation and guesstimation questions.
