Zurich Insurance Programmer Manager interview questions

1-1 interview and probably final after the initial HR phone interview. It was free-flowing and unstructured but included all the usual questions: so tell me about yourself etc. The lack of structure was disconcerting thug and didn't seem particularly well prepared. My impression that this was a case of whether there was good cultural fit or not in their eyes. How we interacted was more important than content or structure.
