Every single thing mentioned in the previous reviews is accurate. I had my last correspondence with the recruiter on 1/16... crickets until 2/14 when they called to inform me they had changed their minds yet again and decided to bring the role back in-house. As much as I love the story behind this group, they are still years from maturing as an organization and it is very apparent that they have yet to find their identity. They want to be a start-up, but are shackled by the behemoth that is ABI. They don't have the nimbleness or vision to be a start-up, or the rigor and structure to be a corporation. I wish them the best, but enter at your own risk. Zx would benefit significantly from diversity of thought and breaking the model of ABI-lifers who don't have the external perspective required for a role such as this.
