ZymoChem interview questions

The interview process was over a month long, and included both dry- and wetlab technical portions, some of which appeared irrelevant for the lab position; why would someone be given a bioinformatics coding challenge AND a wet lab quiz on how to aliquot? It made no sense. Several of my interviewers, including the CSO, were cold and rude. It was as if they were interrogating me. It made me want to get out of that interview as quickly as possible. In any other job market they would not be able to get by like this.

The interviewers were very nice. They asked me about my previous lab experience and my college courses. They discussed what day to day life would look like and the experiment scedule.
