I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zywave (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
I had a 15 minute screening call with the Zywave recruiter, followed by a 45 minute interview with the same recruiter the following day. A week later I went into the office and had an hour-long interview with the Director. The next week I prepared a 15 minute presentation which I presented to the team and the Director (who was late). The Director then left while the team interviewed me for over an hour. Then the Director came back in the room for a final 15 minutes and asked "What would it take for you to accept this position?" It was very awkward since they weren't making me an offer. I expressed my excitement about the role, and they let me know I should hear back within 2 weeks. After waiting 11 days, I got a call from the recruiter that they would be going a different direction, but maybe a position would open up on the same team that wouldn't require industry experience (?). Overall, the process was lengthy and they made me feel like I would be a good fit every step of the way, with no offer in the end.

What would it take for you to accept this position?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zywave in Aug 2020
Interview
Began with a LinkedIn message from the recruiter. Briefly email exchanged, followed by a phone conversation the next day. Meeting with Hiring Manager and Director was scheduled for the following week. A week later there was follow up to schedule a panel interview where I was requested to give a "Business Presentation." After giving the presentation, met with the the prospective team and had a nice conversation about the position and life at the company. Over 2 weeks later was notified I would not be receiving an offer. Am very disappointed as I felt I had done well throughout the course of the interview process.
