I went through the complete interview process (three rounds) and was told I would hear back within two weeks of the final interview. I heard nothing for a month despite sending two emails. I finally received a response and was informed that I didn't get an offer because I didn't have an agricultural background (something that was apparent from my initial application). I felt quite disrespected that the company didn't deem it necessary to inform me (one of three final candidates) that I didn't get the job in a timely manner. Moreover, my participation in three rounds of interviews felt like a waste of time for all parties involved given that my background didn't suit their needs from the very start. Overall I got the impression that they were very disorganized internally.
