I completed three interviews over the course of several weeks, each lasting between 30 minutes to an hour. I invested a significant amount of time preparing and engaging thoughtfully with the team, and was initially encouraged by their responsiveness!
However, after the final interview, I never received any feedback or follow-up - not even a rejection email. Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds is unprofessional and reflects poorly on a company's internal communication and respect for others' time.
Even if a candidate is unsuccessful, basic courtesy goes a long way. I hope the company improves its candidate experience moving forward.
