Interview
The interview process was structured across three distinct rounds, each conducted by a senior leader from a different area of the organization. The first round took place with a representative from Human Resources, serving as the initial screening stage. This was followed by a second, more senior conversation with the CEO, who also holds the role of Creative Director, bringing both a business and creative lens to the evaluation. The process concluded with a third and final round led by the Art Director, whose focus was likely centered on assessing creative alignment and technical fit within the team.

Interview
I had the same experience mentioned in previous reviews. As part of the process, I was asked to record a 2 minute video via Loom.
I find this approach questionable, as it feels entirely one-sided and lacks transparency. It’s unclear on what basis candidates are being evaluated from such a short video, which raises concerns about the fairness and objectivity of the selection criteria.
Overall, this left me with a negative impression of the hiring process. After reading other reviews, I can see that this is not an isolated experience.
Shortlisted for video interview after applying on LinkedIn. They have never looked at the video or bothered to get back to me. Questionable company, not sure if they are fishing for information, or don’t know what they are looking for, but this job has been continuously posted on LinkedIn for at least a year.
