The interview process was smooth and well-coordinated. The team guided me throughout the process until the interview, and communication was clear.
The interview was conducted face-to-face, not online. During the interview, I was asked to write code on paper instead of using a system.
The technical round included:
2 SQL questions
1 Python coding question
Overall, it was a good experience with supportive coordination from the team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at apree health

Question 1
Describe a project you are proud of that you led from start to finish.
Missed an unscheduled phone call from the recruiter at 4:30 PM EST. The voicemail said they were excited to interview me for the role. I called back multiple times the next day and couldn't reach her. Left a voicemail with no response. I was able to guess the e-mail for the recruiter and sent an e-mail (no e-mail/written communication was made). No response. Called 2 or 3 times the following day and reached her by chance. I was told they were going to offer the role to someone else. The recruiter connected me with the hiring manager to discuss the role/a possible future role. I Interviewed with the hiring manager. Positive interaction, but it was clear she did not read my e-mail to her about my qualifications for the role (I sent her an e-mail using the same formula from the recruiter's email I was able to guess). It was clear that the role would only be offered to me if the other candidate declined their offer.
Huge red flag for anyone exploring opportunities with this company and team. For context, I was more than qualified for this position.
