Brief and straight to the point with emphasis on showing previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. There were two people on the panel and they were very amiable and provided valuable insight into the operational structure of the company.

The interview process was quite lengthy. The first round was responding to a set of questions. If you passed this stage you were then invited for a zoom call. The final stage required another interview and a quality control test.
