Very simple. Two step process. One interview with each RM. How will you recruit students into the programs? Strategies? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? It was a one on one in person interview. I was interviewed by both RM's. Then I had to be cleared by the principal in order to start working. They really just want to see your background and work ethic. If you are flexible and can handle stress/challenges, you will be fine!
