1st step : I had to send an email in which I had to explain why I wanted to work for a fintech company, why at atfinity etc. 2nd step : Hangout meeting, about 1h with algorithmic problems to solve. 3rd step : I've been invited for an onsite meeting, the process was very clear : 30 min with the HR, then 1h to solve algorithmic problems with an engineer, then 1 more hour to solve algorithmic problems with 2 other engineers. Then lunch break and after that, I had to make a presentation of a project I worked on.
