It was very straight, I did first call with HR, talked about my perspective and the company's vision etc. Second step was a technical interview with 2 technical staffs, a QA session with questions ranging theoretical and practical ones. Third step I talked to Head of RnD and discussed technical, managerial and behavioral materials. And finally last step with CEO, confirmation step.
