I had interview with AvilA solutions for application developer. I applied online at www.avilasoft.com/ I had call from Avila solutions for technical phone interview. then 1:1 interview, Group interview in that I gave answers to some puzzles. After 3 rounds of interview there was my background check. After 1 month of round of interviews I got offer letter and they process my H1B Visa sponsorship. When it got approved I joined them and working with them from past 2 years.
